FAQs

How do I get a reservation?

All reservations are booked through OpenTable. We cannot honor requests for reservations through email, and the restaurant does not have a dedicated phone number.

When do new reservations release?

Each Monday at Noon Central Time, we release a week of reservations, five weeks in advance. Reservations are typically spoken for minutes after release, so we recommend being ready on our OpenTable page prior to release.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes, we accept a large number of walk-ins each day. On average, half of the restaurant is dedicated to walk-ins. Guests typically line up outside of the shop 15-30 minutes before we open, but we accept walk-ins throughout the night. If we can’t seat you immediately, we will collect your phone number, provide you an estimated wait time, and text you when your table is ready.

Do you have any vegetarian / vegan options?

Currently, the soupless tantanmen can be made vegetarian/vegan. Unfortunately, we do not have any soup options for vegetarians / vegans.

Do you have any pork-free ramen?

The shoyu can be made pork free, we will happily swap out the pork belly chashu and replace it with an egg at no charge. The soupless tantanmen can also be made pork-free as a vegan / vegetarian option.

Do you offer gluten-free options?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our noodle production and challenges with managing cross-contamination, we are unable to provide gluten-free noodles. In addition, we heavily rely on Japanese soy sauce, which includes wheat, so many of our dishes are not gluten free. If you are gluten sensitive, but not celiac, we can provide noodle-free versions of the soups, and rice sides are available.
